Abdominoplasty / Tummy Tuck

This patient is 5’2 and 180lbs (BMI 33). She lost 98lbs with Gastric Bypass Surgery. She was most bothered by the excess skin and some remaining fat of her arms and the side of her chest. After this was looked after (see Brachioplasty/Thigh Lift), she underwent a Fleur de List abdominoplasty to remove the excess skin and fat from her mid and lower abdomen. Despite the visible vertical scar, this technique was chosen to give her the best overall shape of the upper, middle and lower abdomen.

She was also bothered by her deflated, droopy breasts since having 3 children and losing significant weight. She underwent a Fleur de Lis Abdominoplasty with a Breast Augmentation and Breast Lift. This was all completed in a single procedure. She has Full Profile 450cc implants. She is shown here 5 months after her surgery and is back to all of her previous athletic activities.
