Case 03
This patient lost 98lbs and underwent a full vertical thigh lift

This patient lost 98lbs. She had previously undergone a breast reduction but after her weight loss was bothered by excess skin of her upper arms and lateral chest, abdominal area, thighs and face. We discussed combined procedures but she decided to divide each of her procedures. She began with an extended brachioplasty to address the excess skin of her upper arms and lateral chest. Seven months later she was ready to address the excess skin and remaining fat of her abdomen. She then underwent the thigh lift shown here. She is shown before surgery and 3 months post-operatively. She is now so much more comfortable with her activities, able to exercise regularly and much more confident and comfortable in and out clothes.
