This patient lost 115lbs through diet and exercise. She underwent a staged approach that included an Extended Brachioplasty, Bra line Excision & Mastopexy in the first stage. This was followed by a Circumferential Body Lift & Fleur de Lis Abdominoplasty in the second stage. She is shown 1 year post operatively
